This is entirely optional and can be a do-it-yourself item. 
 
While the Slip Cover is made to order, there is a slight allowance for installation.  This is a cut-to-order/painted wood piece that spans from bed post to bed post to ensure the Slip Cover doesn't have any sag in the center.   Also included is a heavy weight double stick to secure the piece atop the bed post.
